Using CloudSpex
CloudSpex provides automated domain health monitoring and website infrastructure diagnostics. The service presents signals, findings, and suggested next steps based on public information and configured monitoring. Results are informational and are not a guarantee of security, availability, deliverability, or regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities
You must use CloudSpex only for domains, systems, and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing results, and for taking any remediation steps appropriate to your environment.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Paid subscription terms, prices, and renewal details are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless separately stated, CloudSpex does not calculate or collect taxes through checkout.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to probe systems without authorization, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the service, its users, or third parties.
Service availability and liability
CloudSpex is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups, security controls, and operational safeguards.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
